Each organisation contributes a different perspective to DIG. Together, the partnership connects direct youth work with experiential learning, coaching, educational innovation, research, digital learning and communication.

ORNAMENT

ORNAMENT is a Polish non-governmental organisation working with young people through formal and non-formal education, personal and professional development, social inclusion, entrepreneurship and active participation.

Its team has extensive experience in Erasmus+ youth projects and in developing activities that help young people strengthen long-term goal setting, resilience, motivation and personal development.

Role in DIG Project coordinator, responsible for overall project management and communication, and leading development of the Competency Matrix and DIG educational content.

Bulgaria NGO Coaching

Coaching Bulgaria Association

Coaching Bulgaria Association is an independent non-profit professional body established to promote good practice and professional standards in coaching.

The organisation combines coaching expertise with non-formal youth training, educational methodology, psychology, mentoring and the development and evaluation of training programmes.

Role in DIG Leads the project's internal evaluation and impact assessment, contributes coaching and training expertise, and supports quality, readability and accessibility of developed training materials.

Portugal NGO Innovation

JumpInHub

JumpInHub promotes professional training and the development of personal skills through non-formal education, with a strong focus on innovation, entrepreneurship and employability.

Its experience in implementing training with young people contributes a practical perspective to the design, presentation and testing of DIG learning materials.

Role in DIG Contributes expertise in youth training and non-formal education, supports development and improvement of the DIG training programme, and is responsible for visual design of the Train-the-Trainer programme.

Slovenia SME Digital learning

LIFE4YOU

LIFE4YOU works on innovative approaches to education and youth learning, with expertise in digitalisation, video production, web development, microlearning and e-learning systems.

Its experience in transforming educational content into engaging digital formats supports DIG's aim of offering young people flexible, accessible and independent learning opportunities.

Role in DIG Leads development and implementation of the DIG Online Educational Resource, including the methodology for transforming educational content into short nano-learning units, the digital learning environment and guidance for using the online resources.

Slovakia SME Educational innovation

FlexSkill

FlexSkill is an education-focused company working on innovative training, management in education and the design of educational programmes adapted to changing learning needs.

Its expertise includes non-formal learning, online facilitation, innovative didactic methods, communication, graphic facilitation and educational project management.

Role in DIG Leads dissemination and exploitation of project results, supporting project visibility, communication, publications, online dissemination and the framework for local workshops.

Bulgaria SME Training & research

Sky Centre

Sky Centre is an innovative training centre working with children, young people and adults. It collaborates with schools, youth centres and other educational organisations.

Its work includes research, analyses, expert assessments, evaluation of educational programmes and learning outcomes, and the design and improvement of training programmes.

Role in DIG Contributes research, assessment and educational analysis, helping ensure that DIG learning content and training approaches respond to real youth needs and measurable learning outcomes.
