Meet the consortium

Complementary expertise across three European countries

Each organisation contributes a distinct area of knowledge. Together, the partners ensure that the project resources are practical, inclusive, culturally relevant and accessible to parents, adult educators and family-support professionals.

Project coordinator

01 Tarnów, Poland

Spółdzielnia Socjalna Serwis

Social Enterprise “Serwis” supports adults navigating difficult life circumstances, including economic hardship, unemployment, disability and complex family dynamics. Through its Social Integration Centre, it provides psychological, social and vocational support that strengthens resilience, communication and participation in community life.

Role in the project

Coordinates project management and partnership cooperation, leads development of the training methodology and content structure, and contributes specialist experience in supporting families and marginalised adults.

02 Poland

Ornament Foundation

ORNAMENT is an NGO promoting social inclusion, lifelong learning, community participation and personal development. Its work combines non-formal education, emotional development, communication, digital literacy and cultural activities, with strong links to adults and communities in rural southern Poland.

Role in the project

Leads research and methodology for the Good Practices Booklet, supports content development, internal evaluation and monitoring, and strengthens dissemination through its regional and international networks.

03 Carinthia, Slovenia

LIFE4YOU

LIFE4YOU specialises in digital education, accessible e-learning and engaging educational content. Its work supports adults, educators, minorities and disadvantaged groups, particularly in rural areas, by transforming complex topics into flexible and easy-to-use digital learning experiences.

Role in the project

Leads the structure and development of the Online Educational Resource, converts training content into short bite-sized learning units, manages final digitalisation and supports accessibility, digital innovation and online exploitation.

04 Kalamata, Greece

Areadne Lifelong Learning Centre

Areadne is a training centre created by experienced teachers and trainers in Kalamata. It provides onsite and online learning for adults and educators, with expertise in literacy, multilingual learning, digital competence, social learning and training methodologies for vulnerable groups.

Role in the project

Ensures the educational quality and practical relevance of resources from the perspective of adult educators and trainers, contributes to content development, piloting and improvement, and expands the project’s reach through adult-learning networks.
